Engineering / Certification
Our Engineering department can rely on its strong knowledge in design (mecanics, voulmes, surfaces, composite materials, upholstery) and also on an efficient network of expert partners (rapid manufacturing, thermoplastics, tools, composite). Our capabilities :
- Full development/design projects (Build to Print / Build to Spec, management of aviation regulations & limitations) ;
- Guide notre atelier dans la réalisation des prototypes et 1ers de Série (création des outillages, gammes de fabrication, retro engineering client, PDR/CDR/FAI);
- Maîtrise l’ensemble du sujet Feu « FAR/CS 25.853» (connaissance des exigences règlementaires, rédaction des Burning Test Plans, réalisation des Burn Tests Samples, conduction des Tests via des laboratoires agrées/qualifiés);
- Management of Airworthiness Certification under our Part145, in close collaboration with our DO network.
